We border Toronto's Little Italy and Little Portugal neighbourhoods (with all restaurants, shops and night life starting at the foot of our block), Up the street 2 minutes walking you have access to Dufferin Grove which is a great family friendly community with a playground. You will also find a gym (West End YMCA), Starbucks, small boutiques, independent coffee shops, bike store (they unfortunately don't do rentals), a grocery store, library, pharmacy and restaurants of various price points from take out pasta to luxury dining with 3 blocks.
If you're willing to walk 15 minutes you will hit the ever popular Ossington Strip starting at Ossington and Dundas and running south to Queen St. West. It has one of the most vibrant night lives in the city and being able to walk home while everyone else tries to find their taxi or Uber is truly a blessing.

With a Walk Score of 95 and a Transit score of 93 it is very accessible neighbourhood. We are a 10 minute walk to the Dufferin Subway Station and a 1 minute walk to the 506 College Street Car stop. From Dufferin station you can travel West 2 stops to Dundas West Station and connect to the UP Express which goes South, to Union Station where you can access the GO train (commuter) or VIA (National Passenger Rail) or North to Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
If you prefer bicycling, we are located 1-2 minutes walking from 2 Bixi (Toronto's bike share) stations. You do not need a membership, just a credit card to book a rental.
If taxi services are what you prefer Toronto also has Uber and Lyft offering app based taxi services as well as a number of traditional taxi services operating within the city.
