We are located in the historic district, with tree-lined streets and many interesting older homes. The neighborhood is made up mostly of families and retirees. The noise level is average during the day and quiet at night; we are very near the hospital so you may hear sirens occasionally. Indoors with the windows closed it is very quiet due to the thick adobe walls.

We are 3 blocks from the hospital, walking distance downtown to shops and restaurants, and minutes from everything else in town. Deming is 1 hour from Las Cruces and about an hour and a half from El Paso by car. Access to Mexico at Puerto Palomas is about 30 minutes away.
The neighborhood is safe for walking, running, or biking. Street parking is abundant and safe; you can park right outside our gate.
