The house and space as perfect and spacious with a great location. However, the air was not getting to the third floor therefore it was 87 degrees in the top floor the first night we were there. A technician was supposed to look at it the second day but never came. Thankfully it cooled off outside a bit and opening the windows got the temperature to the high 70s our second night.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, from the moment we stepped inside, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Both the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Sara's communication was outstanding. She was always available to respond to our inquiries , which made our stay smooth and worry-free. We were incredibly happy with our decision to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed a large place to accommodate 11 people and this was perfect. Location was great with a grocery store and restaurants very nearby, and the ISU campus just a short drive away. Sara was very accommodating and super responsive.

Had an issues w the door code when we got there but host helped us out in a timely manner . Entry way couch was very dirty hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a while from the amount of crud that was left in the seat / under the rug . Carpet on stairs is very very dirty . Kitchen lacks more basic small appliances/utensils a lot of cabinets w one or two items in it for no reason . yard needs a lot of cleaning & maintenance especially w the broken wood railings / stairs . a lot of string lights/extension cords just sitting around & not plugged . Master bathroom tub had crusty tub walls . Only one roll of paper towels & one roll toilet paper per bathroom for a place that is supposed to house 17 ( we had 10 which Included 3 toddlers 2 babies ) kitchen cabinet pulls had a few broken/sharp ones . master bed was extremely firm no give . A lot of stairs (4 sets) & no baby gates .

Plenty of space for our family reunion. Loved the park next door! We did have an issue with the wifi but the host was responsive in getting it solved for us. In all it was a very enjoyable stay!
