I spent some days  in this "villa." It was an experience that taught me not to rent houses for a long time through the Airbnb app." The good thing is the location. The nice hostess, who lives in the neighboring house,  You will often meet her, because you will have a common backyard. In reality, I’ll say that the photos and description of the house far from reality. This is NOT an INDEPENDENT villa. You will have neighbors on the ground floor, and you will find out about this on the day of your arrival. (an unpleasant surprise). In fact, these are apartments at the cost like villa, this looks like a "trick".  There is also no independent yard with fencing; there are fences around the perimeter of several houses. Your children our dogs will not be able to safely stay backyard, because backyard are shared with other houses and neighbors' cars drive through. The living room and bedrooms looks good, but the kitchen with worn-out appliances. I was very disappointed. No privacy.

Camere super pulite e ordinate. tre camere da letto con tre bagni indipendenti. apia sala dove svagarsi con collegamento alla cucina. host disponibile a indicarti posti dove mangiare e cose da visitare nei paraggi. disponibilità, cortesia, reattività nelle richieste impeccable. sicuramente, se la prossima meta sarà la Versilia, ritornerò lì.
