Tudo foi impecável! Desde o primeiro contato até o momento em que fomos embora :) O apartamento por si só já é maravilhoso - talvez melhor mesmo que nas fotografias. A localização é perfeita para quem viaja a Lisboa - perto dos principais pontos de visita, pudemos fazer tudo andando... Além disso, muitos restaurantes, mercadinhos e lojinhas por perto. Sem palavras, também, para a comunicação. Além da rapidez, qualquer pergunta ou demanda que tivemos foi respondida e solucionada no mesmo momento. Eles são muito gentis, educados, simpáticos e prontos para ajudar. Recomendo fortemente! E, sem dúvida alguma, assim que eu voltar a Lisboa, quero me hospedar aqui de novo. Muito obrigada!!!

Hôte très sympathique et réactif. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Très bien situé à Lisbonne. Tout est accessible à pieds. Il y a la climatisation dans le salon et dans une des deux chambres.

The location is excellent, the check in and check out process was very easy. Overall cleanliness is 4/5 And a couple of other issues that were inconvenient: 1) Toilets are with broken toilet seats specially the one in the main bathroom is completely broken making it hard to put up and down or even to sit on it. This was communicated with the manager, he said he will fix it the next day and never did. 2) The water heater is enough for maximum 2 ppl to shower in the morning, no way that a family of 4 can shower with this water heater. It is too small to handle a group of showers. When this was communicated with the manager, he said the water heater “should be enough” for 4-6 ppl. This was NOT the case. 3) No ventilation in both bathrooms making it smell unsanitary and super foggy with showers. 4) A water leak happened in the bathroom, we asked the manager to check it and he did but no cleaning was done to the bathroom with the leak, we had to cleaning ourselves.
