The location of the house is good and the host was friendly. It's good for the price. Especially, the house was very comfortable because it was right next to the subway station. However, it was uncomfortable to have to go to the supermarket 10 minutes away for check-in and check-out. The children's noise was very loud as if there was a school right next to the house. And the bedding for the sofa bed was not covered with pillowcases and duvet covers, so I had to put it on myself. The coffee pot was unusable because it produced a lot of rust when water was added, and the bottom of the pot was scratched a lot. I hope the host replaces them.

A brilliant stay... The flat is very well located, conveniently equipped, but more importantly Junior is a great host. A few days before our stay, he proactively sent me instructions on the check in, on how to get there and a bit more about the flat in general (with lots of pictures, super clear) and he was readily available on sms. I felt I could easily communicate with him and he was extremely responsive. A very good experience in that flat, located in my favorite area of Paris. We managed to do most of what we wanted to do just walking, and only took the underground when it was heavily raining. I definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung ist nett, in einer hübschen Gegend in der Nähe des Nord-Bhf. 2 OG ohne Lift. Man muss aber wissen: für das Einchecken ist man an die Öffnungszeiten eines Supermarkts gebunden. Nach 22:00 ist schluss. Der Host hat uns zwar geholfen, aber es war ganz schön knapp! Das sollte die Anzeige klarer kommunizieren.
