when we arrived at 1am, nightmare started. we couldn't find the carpark CP 4A.then couldn't get into the lift,the key card was not working at all!we tried to call the owner but they just refused to answer phone.just message and told me the instructions already given and means none of their business and ask us to go find security for help. my 2 y/o son was forced to sleep on the staircase .after more than 1hour struggling,owner didn't send anyone to help us but ignored us .luckily in the end,1 of the resident came out from lift and let us in.That was aft 1.5 hours!when we got into apartment,the floor was dusty+oily. the room was not clean. only two towels provided..no toilet amenities.we wanna mop the floor becoz it's too oily but there is no mop.best part is,the electricity went off by itself all the time.airbnb didn't try their best to help us as well but kept on saying sorry for inconvenient.we fell asleep at 4am without electricity n was awake by construction.worst experience ever!
