This Unit is in a Perfect location for exploring Timaru. You can walk to the Bay Hill with restaurants and cafe's, explore the center of the town, Caroline Bay, go to the supermarket or grab a takeaway meal. This 1980's Unit has 2 decent sized bedrooms, sunny lounge with sunroom (ideal to relax at the end of a long day). The kitchen is compact with glimpses of the sea and although the bathroom is smallish it still has a separate bath and shower. The Unit shares 1 wall with the unit next door.

This residential neighborhood is very centrally located. It is just a few minutes walk into the center of Timaru, the beach and Caroline Bay or to the Supermarket or fast food outlets. The property also has a glimpse of the sea out of the kitchen window.
It is very safe to walk around the friendly neighborhood. There is plenty of parking on the street and if you have a small car you can park it in my garage. There is a local bus service called MyWay which picks you up from where ever (check it out online)
