Location of the aprtmt is walking distance 2-3mins walk to Imamiya Station and about 8mins walk to Daikokucho station. Alot of shop nearby (7E, FM and Lawson) and small local groceries shop. For supermarket nearby 10mins walk, there is Tamade(24hrs) and Life supermarket. The aprt is clean, the bedding is queen-size ,kitchen, toilet, washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils and cooking pan is provided. There is 2 hobs of the stove, but only 1 hob is functioning. There is a lot of bath towel provided but the size is very small (something like face towel).If you plan to stay at the place, suggest to bring your own towel or you can buy one big size at Daiso for only 100YEN. You can dry your wash clothing at nearby coin operated laundry. Very convenience. Things can be improve will be bed mattress as well as bath towel. Overall myself n family (2adults, 3kids) enjoy our stay at this place since its convenience to train station, lift access from 1st floor and most importantly safe.Tqvm owner

some of the utilities is basic. be aware that the toilet doesn't have a bidet function so this is worth updating for future guests. washing machine was tough to figure out so some instructions would have been helpful. basic cutlery was missing. shame about the noisy neighbours and were reminded by the host to be quiet or could be 'evicted' not sure if that was a warning or a reminder) aside from the above the location was great for getting to the station one stop from DenDen town

Great location, walking distance to train station. Affordable option to explore Osaka. We had a bit of trouble to use the water heater controller, sometimes running out of hot water quickly

We stayed for 7 days and it had what we needed to cook and store food. Close walk to shopping areas and JR station. Sakura was helpful when our hot water wouldn’t work properly—keep water heater thermostat at 45 degrees. When the microwave stopped working, she had a staff stop by to check it out…staff went and bought a new microwave and an electric water kettle within the hour for us. I appreciated the fast communication and replacement as we needed to heat our store bought food. Our family enjoyed our stay.
