You will enjoy our updated and cozy retreat, styled to create a comfortable relaxing environment. You'll find everything you need to cook for your family in the modern fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee maker with a selection of teas and locally roasted coffee. In the living room you'll find a 65-inch smart flat screen TV. The private patio has plenty of seating space to enjoy down time with the family. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows, a small play area set up for the little ones, and a keyboard to unleash your musical talents. The entire home is set up with a water filtration system plus an alkaline water faucet in the kitchen sink. A parking spot available in the driveway. Please note, one side of the driveway is shared with the detached guesthouse unit which is also an Airbnb.

We loved our stay here! I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well stocked. There were so many thoughtful items that end up being a lifesaver if you are traveling and forget to pack. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment/tools/utensils needed to make a meal for a group. The beds were super comfortable and the living room had plenty of room for my family. Will definitely book again. Also, the place is beautiful, stylish, and looks just like the photos.
This was by far one of my best Airbnb stays. The home was incredibly beautiful and exactly as described. The host (Alberto) was very responsive and flexible which I greatly appreciate. I will 100% recommend this place to my friends & family traveling to the SD area.
This house was exactly as described. Most comfortable beds we've ever slept on! Loved the private backyard for a relaxing evening! We'll definitely use this place again when back in San Diego!

The home is one of the places to stay in Chula Vista as it provides quick entry to I-5 and I-805 giving easy access and close to all other major San Diego attractions as well as a day trip to Baja such as Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, or Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico's premier wine region. You also have the convenience of major stores (Target, Walmart, Costco, Macy's) just blocks away and restaurants in every direction. We will share all our favorite local food spots with you!
We grew up in Chula Vista and love our community for its safety, cultural/economic diversity and the growing number of great breweries and restaurants in Downtown Chula Vista, just 5 minutes up the road. Please note that our neighborhood can be active being so close to a commercial area. This part of town is evolving but also needs some TLC in some parts. We hope you will appreciate it for all the great things it has to offer!
We strongly recommend having a car to get around San Diego as our public transportation is not as great as other major cities.
However, there are bus stops within walking distance and a Trolley Station 1 mile away (Palomar St. Station, Blue Line).
