RoJamie’s home was wonderful, just what I needed for my weekend trip to Baltimore. She typically hosts guests for more than a couple of nights, but was sweet enough to allow me to stay for a weekend. The room was just as seen in the pictures, very clean and welcoming. It was a little warm at night, although there was a fan that could be cut on and off as desired. Very thoughtful with some snacks and drinks in the room when I arrived. Overall it was a great stay, I would return if I needed to book again in Baltimore!

RoJamie could not have been a more thoughtful host for my travel nurse contract at the UMMC Midtown campus. She greeted me with some of my favorite treats and always had my favorite sparkling water on hand. Though I was unaware that her toddler and school-age child were in the home until the moment of check-in, they were all very considerate of my space and privacy. The dishwasher was, unfortunately, out of commission for my entire three month stay. RoJamie, however, was kind enough to wash most dishes by hand. The shared bathroom was usually clean and tidy. The upstairs room I rented was extremely hot during the summer months and did not improve much until I placed room darkening curtains over the windows. RoJamie provided a standing oscillating fan that helped some as well. The air conditioning in the home works and feels great in the downstairs level where the shared living spaces are located. I was thankful to have a host who offered delicious home cooked meals many times as well as a safe place to land!

RoJamie has by far been one of the most welcoming hosts I have stayed with anywhere. She was communicating with me far before my arrival and made sure I had personalized accommodations, down to my favorite fruits. It was convenient location to downtown Baltimore and easily manageable with public transit as the bus line stops right in front of the house. Moreover, RoJamie and her family go out of their way to not only make you feel welcome but encourage you to be part of the family. I was fortunate enough to share a few meals and celebrations during my stay, which made it that much better. She was flexible and you are free to come and go as you please without worrying about disturbing anyone. I recommend this room for any student that is looking a piece of home away from home.

It close from UMBC. RoJamie is super nice and she was constantly checking on me. She really try her best to enhance my experience there, which she did :)

I joined UMBC late into the semester and urgently needed a place to stay. I was fortunate enough to come across RoJamie's listing and the room and amenities were exactly as advertised, so there were no surprises upon my arrival. The area is generally quiet and as a student, I find that very welcoming. As a host, RoJamie is extremely thoughtful and gracious. She does her best to accommodate my needs and is very prompt and accessible when communication is concerned. It was a pleasure to stay with her.
