Elegant, leafy and filled with chic boutiques, cosy cafes, beautiful buildings and iconic attractions such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge, Clifton is one of Bristol’s most exclusive suburbs and picturesque quarters.
Clifton Village boasts an array of luxury boutiques and is well known for its many coffee shops and pubs. Clifton Down Shopping Centre also offers a good variety of shops, as does Whiteladies Road.
Clifton College, Clifton High, Bristol Grammar and QEH, as well as Christchurch and St John’s are all based close by.
Clifton has a lovely mix of Edwardian, Victorian and Georgian houses as well as popular town house flat conversions throughout.
Main roads – Princess Victoria Street (Clifton Village), Whiteladies Road, Pembroke Road and Queens Road.
Main attractions – Bristol Zoo, Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Observatory and the Downs.
