Situated on our family farm our guesthouse boasting a separate entrance, ensures your autonomy and peace of mind . The property offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment featuring a range of amenities both indoors and outdoors. INDOORS: The fully equipped KITCHEN allows guests to prepare favourite meals with ease : a cosy table and benches looking out on the great outdoors is an indoor space to enjoy ones culinary creations. BATHROOM featuring a spacious rain head shower and stylish decor a favourite with all our guests . Two MASTER BEDROOMS each furnished with cozy bedding and ample storage space for your belongings. COMBINATION ROOM - BEDROOM AND POOL ROOM ; This large versatile room doubles as a 3rd bedroom with a sitting room that is also big enough to hold a pool table . It features a double wall bed and a single bed in the spandrel. CINEMA ROOM : equipped with a large screen, surround sound, and plush seating, this space allows for an immersive cinematic experience. OUTDOORS: Step outside to a SHELTERED LIVING AREA , complete with comfortable seating and an outdoor heater for chilly evenings. Enjoy the tranquility of the serene FISH POND with the soothing sound of water. For golfers there is a PUTTING GREEN available to sharpen your skills and when finished refresh yourself with an invigorating OUTDOOR COLD SHOWER. Relax in the HOT TUB * surrounded by natural rugged beauty . Whether you're seeking adventure or tranquility, you'll find it here. * If guests wish to use the hot tub there is a deposit of €50 returned once hot tub is left as it was found - there is a charge of €100 euro for an overnight stay (for 4- 6 people) . Second day is 50 euros and any further days 30 euros per day . If guests wish to use hot tub they must let us know 24 hours before arriving .

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The place is spotless and we enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor bbq, pool table, and cinema room. The views surrounding the Airbnb are fab especially on a clear day. It’s also very close to lough key forest park by car which is a bonus. Máire was very helpful with instructions, recommendations, and check in/check out. Would recommend this Airbnb!
Lovely house and very clean. Plenty of towels provided. Having the hot tub was an added bonus and very straightforward to use. The pool table was great fun too. Just two issues, we were a group of 6 ladies and to be honest having only 1 bathroom was a disadvantage, i think thats fine if only 2-3 people staying but any more guests than that there should be a 2nd bathroom at least. Also the dining table in the kitchen was quite small and it had benches rather than chairs, we had to add 2 stools from the bedrooms so we could all fit. Possibly a bigger table might be more beneficial for a larger group. Other than that we all had a fab time and i would recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay here, everything was so clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Máire was an excellent host and was very helpful during our stay.

Márie was an excellent host who kept in constant communication with us. The property is in a beautiful location of Ireland not too far from a town with lovely bars and restaurants. Márie met us on arrival and was very friendly and accommodating. There is so much to do with a pool table, putting green and an impressive cinema room. We will definitely consider coming back!

It is located on the R285 regional road in the north of the county between Boyle and Carrick on Shannon near Lough Key Forest Park . It is well served by the excellent local taxi services and the rural link bus . Parking is not a problem and car hire is also available locally .
