Welcome to the Chakra Shack. A quaint and simple camping getaway (15 minutes from Blenheim, Ontario) intended to allow you a moment to realign with nature, and disconnect from the rest. A small 100sq ft cabin & OUTHOUSE, situated on 4 acres of quiet property. Steps away from an raised overview of lake erie. The sounds of the waves accompany you in immersing yourself in the present moment, and create a wholesome and charming camping experience. I ask you read the ENTIRE description slowly, and in detail before considering your stay. I have listed everything that is included, as well as things you should consider bringing yourself. If you are a cooking over the campfire kind of soul, you will more than likely embrace the experience fully. The Chakra Shack has NO ELECTRICITY. Which means your bathroom, shower, and cooking arrangements are more similar to camping, than a hotel stay of any sort. There is no heat source within the bunkie. For lighting after sunset, solar lights are encouraged! A flashlight is also provided. An OUTHOUSE is near, to use as your washroom during your stay. I also provide multiple 4L jugs of clean spring water to drink. Campfire cooking is encouraged, as well as a CHARCOAL BBQ available to use. We have coals on premises for purchase upon request, or you are welcome to bring your own. One bag of fire wood is provided, with more for purchase here. 5 dollars per extra bag. There is no fridge or cooling system, therefore bringing a large cooler is encouraged. INSIDE, you will find your sleeping quarters, as well as other accommodations. A foldable futon couch (about a double) for lounging, extra bar seating, and a cabinet stocked with kitchen utensil essentials. Provided within the Kitchen Supplies is 4 Plates 4 Glasses 4 Mugs Forks Knives Spoons Cooking Spoons Whisk Tongs 1 Pot with lid 1 Pan BBQ utensils Campfire spokes Over mits Scissors Coffee Tea French Press Black Metal Bucket for washing dishes salt and pepper Your upper level is your sleeping loft, accessible by ladder attached inside. Upstairs you will find simply a cozy queen bed, fully equipped with sheets and blankets. If you would like to use the futon as extra sleeping (please when booking put the appropriate amount of guests that will be sleeping in the Bunkie) please bring extra sheets to equip your guests comfortably as the sheets are only provided for the upper bed At this time, the Bunkie is not pet friendly Also at this time, there is only room for one vehicle to be parked on premise.
