Hot Tub didn’t work. Kept throwing error signals by the looks of it from previous reviews this is a known issue. Cabin was not swept well. It’s a nice cabin but for it to be so new it’s starting to show wear.

I wanted to address a few things here that were previously mentioned in the recent past reviews. First, this cabin is still new and is very nice. The photos are true to size and show what’s inside. Complaints from Karen earlier this month. Grill was charcoal and clean - nope these type never come with charcoal and that’s normal. Pool looks larger in photos - pool pics are accurate. It’s basically a single car garage. Pool wasn’t deep enough- the pool is roughly 3.5’ and again inside. This is an awesome feature. Ants - this may have been addressed but there were no insect issues on our trip. Generally displeased with their experience - I honestly can say this is a NICE cabin. If you are expecting the four seasons - you are probably not getting that experience in a cabin in the woods from AirBnB. Overall, if you get anything from this it should be that while this is expensive it is worth it. Bad reviews are subjective to mindset. The staff were great. TD

Lots of pros and cons to this stay. - Pool for the kids - they told us it was 5 feet deep. It was 3. And it’s not as big as the photos make it look. The alarms went off every time you opened a pool door. They said they were sending a tech but nobody came - Hot tub - locked on 99 and although they said we could increase it, it wouldn’t work - WiFi - doesn’t ever work. They sent a tech out and he told us to use a different network and then that network disappeared - Grill - said there was a grill included but didn’t mention you needed your own charcoal - Fire pit - said there was a fire pit but no wood provided and it was also on the neighbor’s property - Huge ant problem in the kitchen and bedrooms - Only one bathroom had a trash can - They provided one hand towel in the kitchen, and one roll of paper towels for a stay of 8 people. No extra toilet paper either - Water filter expired Overall, the pool was nice with little kids. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Great place to stay. Only issue is the wifi. It constantly goes out/down. There is no data service in the area. It’s still being developed so hopefully that will fall into place. Beautiful home! The pool water was perfect, they provided amenities to get us started, responded to texts within minutes. Highly recommended!

Pool area smelled like sewer for 3 out of our 5 night stay . Hot tub only heated up to 99 degrees maintenance did check on hot tub was told it would need a new board . Privacy is non existent neighbors can see in ,needs curtains . No trash cans in two of the three restrooms also no grilling tools for grilling . Pool is more like a mini pool pictures make it look a-lot bigger . House bed rooms are a great size and shower in master bedroom is nice if the other issues could have been fixed it would have been a 5 star .
