Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! My family had so much fun at his house and it was stocked with everything we needed!!! Absolutely amazing place and David was a great host. He was constantly in touch with us and had great recommendations of stuff we could do!
This was an incredible trip for my 50th. The house was so spacious and had all the amenities needed for 12 adults. David was a superior host, communicating as soon as I booked and throughout our stay. Offering to hold luggage if arriving early or staying later than check out time. Great location to Broadway and Germantown. We will be back for sure!
This house was perfect for my counterparts and I who were in town for a company expo. Very comfortable, functional, close to downtown...but not in it. David is a super-host, and if there were a super-duper-host level....he would be there! He was great at communicating with great detail, prompt response time and truly cares about the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a great airbnb in Nashville!
Incredible place! Great view, great space, everything has been thought... every details! Perfect for bachelors and bachelorette, big groups, families! We will reserve again if we come back!
We had a great stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was also great, close to many different areas of town. Highly recommend!

Located a few blocks from the historic "Marathon Motorworks" and next to Capital View area, this is a quiet neighborhood (I have been onsite day and night for last two years and I hear very little noise from anywhere in the neighborhood. The most sound is when on the roof I can hear the traffic from the interstate.)

Hi! I live, work, and play in downtown Nashville - I love it here! I moved to Nashville eight years ago to work for a software marketing company. I wish that I moved here sooner. I joke that I'm going to have a t-shirt or bumper sticker made which reads, "Not a native, but I got here as quick as I could!" I have lived in three different downtown Nashville locations; I've experienced the features and benefits unique to each location. This townhouse's area is my favorite so far and it is where I call home. It's walkable to all that downtown has to offer but far enough away that I can escape from the busy noise of the high-rise business/tourist district. I'm honored to welcome travelers here and I hope they'll enjoy the location as much as I do. I'm happy to offer local travel hints and answer any questions about the property or Nashville. I'm presently developing a website with tips and 'must-sees' (ask for the link once booked.) ...Go ahead and ask me where my favorite nearby place to get a steak, hot chicken, BBQ, or preferred place to sample some Nashville made whiskey or bear brewery, or my best secret hidden bar off the beaten path or just my favorite spot for some good ole live music...and just watch my face light up as I go into details..!
