Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom home in Mesquite, borders Dallas. You can't beat this location! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but offers easy access to 635, I-30, and Hwy 80. There's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The home is less than 10 minutes from the Mesquite Rodeo, 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, and is 15 minutes from Fair Park and the Cotton Bowl! The newly remodeled kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets, and it fully furnished. The open living room includes new furniture and a 65" smart TV. The four spacious bedrooms offer nightstands, dressers, and closets in each bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and desk with chair for those who need to work while they play. All 3 secondary bedrooms have queen beds. The bathrooms are both updated with clean showers and granite countertops. The backyard is fully fenced with a wood privacy fence and is great for kids and pets.

Perfect for my family during the eclipse. Very clean. The well stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook ourselves and we had a great time.
Angela was so very proactive in ensuring we knew how and when to check in and out and was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. The house was set up for a perfect stay with everything you need at your fingertips. Four good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large formal table to share a meal, and a huge TV in the living room to relax at the end of the day. We also loved the fenced back yard for the fur babies and the empty 2 car garage that allowed us to keep the car off the street. This house is very close to shopping and restaurants and central to the several freeways. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town visiting family.
It is a lovely home. The hosts are great, and responded quickly to questions. 10/10 would stay there again.
