Dreaming of a peaceful getaway? Welcome to our centrally located home. Our home is 5 MINUTES away from the sports park, 11 MINUTES from Blue Oval, 4 MINUTES from the Bluegrass Sportsplex, and only 7 MINUTES from downtown E-town. This house boasts a beautiful spacious floor plan with two well designed bedrooms along with two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom comes equipped with a spacious closet, smart TV's , and lots of storage space. Located in the front bedroom is a king bed, in the back bedroom is a queen bed, and in the living room there is two sleeper chairs which unfold and make twin beds.

Used the house for corporate planning meeting, great location. Was just like the description and was spotless. Will be renting again, thank you.
Way better than 2 hotel rooms and trying to find places to eat for EVERY meal if we had been at a hotel. We were able to cook a nice meal on arrival, eat breakfast and snack as needed between restaurant Thanksgiving Day and family Thanksgiving Day+1 meals. Easy drive to Robinbrooke neighborhood and assisted living, so able to enjoy multiple visits with our elderly relatives. Quiet neighborhood. The house was so well done and perfectly appointed. Makeup washcloths, a dual Keurig (individual and pods), blow dryer, a pretty dining table, thought out glassware, dishes, utensils. Plenty of hot water, excellent climate control. Clear instructions. We'll be back!
