Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, rooms and beds were comfortable and I always appreciate a clean bathroom with decent amenities. The building itself feels dated but at least the apartment is more modern. Location wise, it’s old town Bangkok, so there’s plenty of wonderful little restaurants ranging from simple street food to fine dining and everything in between. But it’s also not too far from the more buzzing parts of Bangkok. 10 - 15 mins by car or bike and you’re in the heart of it. My only gripe is that I didn’t get an access card (as previous guest lost them) and the password access didn’t always work. After a long hot day of touring the city, the last thing I needed was keying in the password 10 it times before the door unlocked. Obviously with a key card that wouldn’t happen. But yes overall happy with it and thank you for your hospitality!

Great location and good price. Loved the little room and couch for extra sleeping areas. Bathroom shower drain is quite smelly, could fix it with a proper drain that blocks reverse air and odors. Room is a bit musty due to age of building but acceptable overall for the price. Easy walk to the subway and boat lines that take you across the river to Iconsiam. Airport pick up was great and organized well.

Richman was great to work with. He was very responsive with any questions I had and arranged a private transport for us from the airport which was really nice since we arrived late. The house matched the description and met all of our needs.

The place was exactly as show in the pictures. Nearby to 7/11 and also was easy to get to ICONSIAM as well! Place was very neat and tidy upon our arrival, but our bedsheet was slightly dirty. However, upon informing Richman, our room was made up with new and clean bedsheets. We stayed for 6days 5 nights, and starting from the 3rd day the toilet started to smell as I believe due to the piping. Did not raise this as we only had 3 days left so we just left it be. Gentle note that there is no warm water for showering, only cold water, and there is a washing machine but no dryer so you would have to hang your clothes. All in all, we did truly enjoy our stay and the view that was offered :)
