We had varied experience at this accommodation, there were a few niggles that stopped it from being good. I'll start with the positives: The host was very responsive when we realised we hadn't filled out a check in form and helped us with the information we hadn't been supplied. The apartment was mostly quite nicely furnished, the kitchen looked great. The view from the window was ace. The location was good to get cheap cab to the station to get to Cardiff. Negatives: The aforementioned check in form was arbitrary and when we did complete it, we didn't get the instructions for how to get in to the flat so we had to ask for them We didn't actually stay in the apartment advertised. Ours was a very similar one, but it didn't have access to the garden that was advertised which is fraudulent. The vaccuum cleaner was broken and there was no dustpan to go with the brush. The mattress was atrocious. It is not fit for purpose. Hopefully these things can rectified for future visitors

Great responsive host. Would highly recommend. Close to Newport centre and easy to get to motor way and the ICC.
