You have your own bathroom (access to your bathroom is inside the bedroom). The house is on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. This listing is ONE room in the house only, and there can be one other guest in another room. High-speed fiber optic internet is available and stable, so that you can comfortably work from home or watch movies online anytime. For every check-in, there are fresh sheets and fresh towels. Privacy and cleanliness are very important to me, so I do my very best to make sure that your room(s) and all shared areas are clean when you arrive and private until you depart. The bed is a queen-size bed with medium-firmness mattress. The thermostat is to the left of the living room. If there is another guest in the house, please check with the guest before changing the temperature so that it is not too hot or too cold for either of you. I am eco-conscious, so please help me conserve energy by keeping the AC not below 75F in the Cooling mode and not above 75F in the Heating mode!
