Andre’s house was perfect for our family. My sisters and I took our kids to NJ/NY for Spring Break. We had toddlers up to teenagers. The teens were able to have their own basement apartment and the littles had a playroom and playground. The house was immaculate and smelled wonderful throughout. Fully stocked with all the items you need even down to heated toilet seats. Make sure to bring socks with grips on them as the floors are very slippery and have steep steps. Also we caught the bus into NY two days in a row. The bus stop is literally across the street and only $7 each way kids 11 and younger were free. We went to American Dream mall which was a 20 min drive. I would definitely rent this home again when we come back and visit.

Graffiti in one of the rooms which raised a major red flag. The pool was unavailable as it showed it was (heated). The playground slide and play bench was torn down and dismantled all over the yard. The fridge had an error and we sent the pictures immediately to Andre. We were not able to store any food. He responded in a timely manner only with a “thank you” Later in the night we spotted a roach and immediately killed it. Another roach appeared that’s when I took a video and pictures. I then sent it to Andre. Later, I had to go outside to the car and I was unable to do so as the front of the house was surrounded by skunks. I then reached out to support with pictures and received a response from Andre and he advised us that this has never happened. He stated “he reviewed the cameras at the front of the house and didn’t see any on the cameras” if you look at his pictures of the house there’s no cameras at the front of the house. He had a construction crew at 8am without communication.

The house is big and lovely, perfect for our whole group. Full of smart devices if that’s your thing, there’s a movie projector in the master bedroom and the fridge can track your groceries! Andre was very helpful and responsive, came right over with coffee when we needed it, plus surprise pastries! And he kindly agreed to have the ground floor cleaned with unscented products because one of our party has an allergy. Unfortunately we didn’t realize we should also specify not to use scented plug in air fresheners, of which there were many, so that’s a tip to mention for anyone else in the same boat, but otherwise it was great. Would come back and stay in the summer so we can use the pool next time.

The house was clean, everything was organize and spotless. Andre was quick to answer any questions and able to accommodate an early check in. My family and I will love to stay here again.
