Apartment is very spacious - more than enough space for our group of 9. Location is as advertised - not in the city center, but you can get there on foot (~40 minutes) or by bus (~20 minutes). There are also some places to eat and grocery stores nearby. Communication with the host was very good. The only downsides: - although the weather was good, 8 hours of heating wasn't enough and we had to pay for more (as stated in the advertisement, but still...) - bad smell from the kitchen sink.

Ermanno’s place is really nice and clean. The air conditioning in the rooms work really well and the kitchen is big and Ermanno kindly left us coffee and food for breakfast. However we felt like there were a few aspects of the place that weren’t quite like how they were described on the Airbnb listing. For example, the oven didn’t work, so there was a replacement microwave. We only found this out after we had bought burgers and chips for dinner. Secondly, air conditioning usage was originally listed as an extra €15 per day, but this changed after we arrived to €20. Ermanno was kind but we felt he was slightly intrusive, as he left his washing drying on our balconies, and turned up early in the morning three times to put his clothes washing in the machine. Whilst he was waiting he sat on our living room on his laptop. Finally, the place is listed on Airbnb as a “townhouse”, however there is someone living downstairs, which we found slightly misleading. We were strictly told to keep music and voices down after 11, as there was someone living down the bottom of the stairs that came directly from our living room. Ermanno also has a room upstairs which you aren’t allowed in, which he stayed inside for a couple of hours one morning.
