Private deck with outdoor seating and rural views. We never tire of the 180 degree views of the Port Hills and beyond. Peaceful rural setting: 5km from Rangiora township, and 25 minutes from Christchurch city. Walking and biking tracks close by (Ashley Rakahuri Regional Park). 10 minutes drive to Waikuku Beach. Fully equipped kitchen; an island with 4 bar stools. Two queen size beds which are partitioned with a bookshelf. Tiled bathroom. Little cafe table that seats two. Plenty of parking right outside. Outdoor deck with seating

A beautiful space with stunning outlook. Super clean with everything you need. Quality linen and furnishings. Lovely extra touches. Peaceful. We loved it.

Great place and all-round experience. Unit felt modern (actually a converted large garage) and well kitted out, and was beautifully positioned. Awesome shower and even two coffee makers! Loved our stay
We loved our stay at Eva’s place. It’s beautiful and elevated so you have an expansive view. The space is brilliantly laid out and thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend a stay here 😊

We are 5 km from the rural town Rangiora. Since I moved here from Sweden over 30 years ago this little town has grown… We have wonderful cafe’s and restaurants that caters for most pallets.
There are plenty of shops, a modern library and wonderful nature on our door step.
With a new link to the motorway it only takes up 20-25 minutes drive to Christchurch which are South Islands largest city.
As we are 5km away from public transport, you will need to have your own vehicle.
