We're so excited to host you! This house is 2034 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, gym & game amenities. We are able to accommodate 6 guests. Pet-friendly for an additional pet fee of $100! The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees. *Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later. ★ HEATED POOL ★ Needs to be requested 48 hours in advance of usage (ahead of your check-in) and will be charged on a per-day basis of $50 to cover the cost of heating. Please request this during your booking! To ensure you make the most of your experience, the pool cover needs to stay on to maintain the pool heater temp. The pool heater alone will not hold temp in colder weather. The heater can only hold heat to 20 degrees above ambient temperature. ★ Living Room ★ Cozy and Luxe, you'll feel comfortable and relaxed in our stylish living room space. Enjoy watching the 60-inch ROKU TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal log-in. Please note, that the fireplace is off-limits for burning! ★ Kitchen & Dining ★ A dining table for 6 is in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience. Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or full pot at our mini coffee station which also doubles as a desk. ★ Patio, Pool, BBQ & Gym ★ Enjoy your morning coffee while hanging in the fun egg chairs just kicking back under the covered outdoor patio which also leads to the private pool. Another 30" ROKU TV is in this bedroom. ★ Bathroom ★ Centered in the hall is a bathroom for bedrooms 2+3 that features a shower & a toilet. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer are provided for your stay. Bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, and towels. Black makeup towels are also provided. complete with 1 bath, 1 hand towel, and 1 black makeup towel per guest. The bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest will be provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. ★ Washer/Dryer ★ Available for you to use at any point during your stay.
