I WISH I COULD RATE THIS A 0! When I arrived, I noticed the floor was incredibly sticky, like, I could hear my feet sticking to the floor, but I was in a rush to get inside because I had to use the bathroom really bad. Got there and the toilet seat was noticeably dirty, so I had to clean it myself before I used it. While using it I then noticed the tub was FILTHY! I checked the rest of the unit and saw that the washer, fridge, and some of the cooking utensils was dirty. I sent pics to bring them to Jackie's attn. Instead of empathizing and taking ownership of the issue, she became EXTREMELY RUDE and defensive and took no accountability! Instead she said "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY"... At 1st all I wanted was for her to apologize and make it right, and I was going to keep my reservation for the entire stay, but after her arguing with me for over 2hrs, I decided to cancel and leave the nxt day bcuz I cldn't see myself giving this lady any more of my money!

jackie approved our stay at 10pm and we stayed for the night with our pets while driving through town. it was an easy in and out and the place was nice enough!
