Everything about our stay was great. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and perfect for our large group. Michael was a fantastic host--responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again!

Newly remodeled place, very clean with ample space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Located near lots of restaurants and a Safeway in a nice neighborhood. Note that the unit is at 400 M St NW (not 931 R St NW).

This a lovely ground floor unit that seems to have recently been beautifully renovated. We were thrilled to find a 4 bedroom, each room with locking doors for privacy, but even more thrilled at how wonderful it was when we got there. Rooms were good, beds comfy, and showers were amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to the convention center, and if you are a sturdy sort even to The Mall and all of Washington, D.C. sites. Michael is an awesome host, attentive and helpful!
