Ditmas Park is a gem within Brooklyn, known for its tree-lined streets, historic Victorian homes, and a vibrant sense of community. You'll be steps away from the neighborhood's best cafes, restaurants, and shops on Cortelyou Road.
A short walk will take you to Prospect Park and some of the park's main attractions on the South side, including the zoo, the Prospect Park Boathouse, and ice skating at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside. Head to the North side of the park to hit the Brooklyn Museum and beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Gardens.

We have a private driveway with one parking spot, and there is ample street parking on our quiet block.
The neighborhood is well-connected by public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan:
Subway: The Beverley Road subway station is within walking distance and serves the Q subway line providing direct access to Manhattan’s Chinatown, Union Square, Herald Square and Times Square and other parts of Brooklyn.
