Enjoy a modern stay at this centrally-located spacious apartment in Downtown Middlebury. If you are coming for business purposes to the RV industry, visiting family in the area, attending Notre Dame games or Elkhart Jazz Festival, shopping at the Shipshewana Flea-Market & Auctions, or just a weekend gateway to enjoy cycling at the Pumpkin Vine Nature Trail, this is your place! We are at walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, two dinners, a coffee shop, stores, parks and nature trail. This is a modern and spacious bilevel apartment. The entrance is at ground level. Parking is at the front of the apartment for two vehicles. A potential third parking space could be available upon a special request. In the upper level you will find an open concept with kitchen (equipped with basic-essentials to cook and serve), dining room for six, and living room with a 65” TV screen. Down the hallway there is a designated coffee-bar area, the main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with tub-shower that serves all the guests. In the lower level, you will find a full bathroom with shower-seat that serves all the guests, a laundry designated area, an office, the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom with two single beds (standard twin size).

This place was awesome! Everything was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and everything was well thought out. We stayed with 2 other couples and it was very comfortable. I stay in Airbnbs frequently and this one was one of the best.
Perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, neighbors friendly. The place was clean, loved the layout, equipped with all your needs. The location is perfect for access to the surrounding activities. Such as; 17 mile bike trail, which was up the street, which we enjoyed. Close to one of the 5 largest flea market in world, Cute shops and great bakery. I would like to finish by saying, the host Carol and Victor amazing, our comfort was very important to them. Carol was quick to answer any questions about the house or area. We will definitely be return and highly recommend this place.
What a great place to stay! We had to find a place quickly after a different place cancelled our reservaton without notice. From the minute we booked with Carol until we checked out, she took excellent care of our group! She really went over and above and her rental is top notch. Before we even arrived, she gave us good advice on local dining (loved West on Warren), going the extra step to let us know how late the kitchens were open. We opened that Red Door and were greeted with a beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. We felt so special as we discovered all of the personal touches that had been prepared for us! And the remainder of our stay was one of comfortable beds, soft & plentiful towels, well-stocked kitchen, etc. Thank you, Carol for providing our home for the weekend! We will be sure to book again when we return!
Cute little villa in the middle of Middlebury! Carol was attentive and always responded quickly. Everyone in our group thought the place was very nice, clean, and easy to find. We all enjoyed our weekend in the area and were grateful we could spend a girls weekend away with our mom. Thank YOU for taking care of us and our needs!

There are two parkings available in front of the apartment. Potentially, we can accommodate a third one on a special request.
