Perfect spot in Ibla, easy access to everything. Access thru courtyard of local family may not suit - smoking and noisy children. Once in apartment very comfortable - and it’s the view that sells it. We even had fireworks one night to enhance the fabulous view.

Check in instruction was clearly described. Communication was fine. Location was amazing. Close to the main sights of Ragusa Ibla and an unmatched view with sunset. Bed was comfortable. Not recommended if you can’t walk many stairs but that basically goes for the whole city as there are stairways everywhere. Good value for money. Apartment could use a few more basics like salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. The view is really impressive and the location is pretty quiet

As everyone else, getting to this place is a nightmare. The flat doesn’t even have a street number outside, and the location of the key is not at this address but some other mysterious location that you are not told about! Having seen this issue in previous reviews all four of our attempts to contact the place before arriving were ignored! That said, they did arrange a taxi but the driver didn’t know where to drop us off and just dumped us near another address which is the same as that of the address of this apartment! We did finally get in - thanks to the wonderful help of an employee called Rena. She gave us the number of the owner in case we had problems, which it transpired we did! The internet service did not work, we were promised it would be fixed but then got fobbed off with excuses. So we had no internet throughout our stay. Apart from these issues, and owners who seem unwilling or unable to adapt to customer reviews, the apartment is rather nice, the bed comfortable, excellent location and fab views from a useful terrace. And Ragusa is so brilliant!
