Amazing luxury villa in the heart of the jungle close to the Caribbean sea, few minutes drive to downtown Playa, fully equipped house with generous space to have the vacation you deserve. 5 bedrooms with AC, cotton sheets, towels, pool, bbq griller, laundry room, smart tv, high speed wifi. Rounded by nature, sound of birds and local wildlife. Convenient location to do day trips across the Riviera Maya as Cenotes, adventure parks, beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife & exercise courts.

Amazing property at the SELVAMAR community. Very-very safe, as it has 2 security filters to get in. It's about 15min from Playa del Carmen's downtown. The house is beautiful all over! Has all amenities you need, and pics are 100% accurate. Luis is very straight forward and communicative as needed. We traveled for a golf trip, so we were out most of the day. Community has a great restaurant in the entrance and a small convenience store.
Muy cómodo, es un lugar bastante amplio y para mi experiencia barato por el tamaño y zona en la que está el lugar, único detalle que tuve, fue que se me hizo tarde en el desayuno 1 hora para el check inn y me presionaron bastante para salir, cuando yo llegue ya había alguien… fue el único detalle que tuve, de ahí en fuera todo excelente
