Great stay, very pleasant and quiet community lots of things near by and only 10 minutes away from universal studios, Alvin is a great host and very responsive to any questions you may have.

Alvin’s place was just as the photos showed. Clean and welcoming. Very beautiful space and neighborhood. Lots of places nearby. Cleavers, grocery stores, restaurants, salons, banks, pharmacies, etc! My family and I were very comfortable and felt very safe. Thank you, Alvin for your place and prompt communication. We are thankful and will certainly return if our travels ever take us back to Burbank.

The place is well located on a quiet street in Burbank, not far from Universal Studios and Studio City. It is one of three houses in a complex, so there’s a house in front and one in back. It was bright, nicely decorated, perfect for us with two bedrooms, with comfortable queen beds and linens. It has one bath, nice kitchen where you have the basics for cooking. It has a small dining room and living room. There was also some outdoor space for enjoying the sun. There is a Burbank outdoor public swimming, pool and tennis court about a half a mile away and it is walking distance to Starbucks and a few restaurants. The host is very responsive.

Alvin’s place was great! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful but a close walk to some shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and Alvin was a great host.
