It may be ok for a weekend, but definitely not an extended stay. PRO: Good wi-fi and TVs in two BR. Sylvia was responsive each time we asked for items we would expect to be supplied in an Airbnb: cleaning products, baking equipment (baking sheet, etc.), measuring cups, measuring spoons, mixing bowls. Responded by sending mentioned items via Amazon. Nice dining table/office area, appliances. Nice screen room and pool (too cold to use in March). CON: The list of missing basics: vegetable peeler, wine cork screw, can opener, working ice cream scoop, whisk, strainer, useable cutting board, sharp knives, only 2 dish towels, one small potholder, washcloths. As mentioned by others, no TV in main area. All double-size beds (not queen). Not enough dishes for 6; no serving dishes. Very low flow bathroom showers / faucets. We had to clear bathroom drains but Sylvia sent Drano when requested. No instructions for Wifi, TV remotes, light fixtures. Batteries in remotes would be expected.

The house required maintenance on the water pressure and it was difficult to shower. The hot water heater (instant) does not work well. The dishwasher was inoperable and I did not figure that out until it was fully loaded and I bought dishwasher pods. The house is decent, and the back porch was nice.

We had a wonderful stay! Sylvia was a very kind and response host. The house was exactly as listed and pictured! We would definitely book with Sylvia again!
