Come stay in in Tamarindo in a luxurious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Tamarindo. Step outside and find yourself on the golden sands of Tamarindo Beach and experience the soothing sounds of the ocean waves steps from your bedroom. Situated in the gated Sunrise community, this condo offers both luxury and convenience - with the best location in Tamarindo, restaurants, shops, and medical services are just few minutes away, no need for a car. This spacious 1600 square foot poolside condo with 24 hour security is tastefully furnished with all modern amenities and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and boasts a king-size bed with desk and ergonomic chair overlooking the patio in case you need to sneak away to get some work done. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds convertible into a king upon request. This is our family home for half the year, so it is fully stocked: the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Daily maid service is available for an extra fee, and all linens are provided. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure comfort throughout your stay. Take a dip in the resort-style pool with its cascading waterfall and lounge chairs; there is plenty of space to unwind. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome basket that includes Costa Rican coffee and chocolate. Additional bonus items such as kitchen essentials (cooking oil, spices etc.) beach towels, folding chairs, boogie boards, pool toys and a cooler are also provided for your convenience. I was traveling with my three teenage girls and we spent 9 nights in Tamarindo. Simone’s place was perfect as it gave us lots I space and everyone had their own bed. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was at the quieter end of Tamarindo which was perfect for us. Super easy access to the beach and stores. We walked everyday into town. Security was always at the entrance and friendly. Simone provided us with recommendations and was super responsive. We would definitely stay again!!
Amazing place! Huge pool and less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. Ground floor access was incredibly convenient, and the place was private, spacious and had all the comforts one wants while on vacation. Simone was a great host and gave us excellent recommendations for food and activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Danny's condo was awesome and we recommend! The location is perfect, right off the main strip and across from the beach. The condo fit our family of 6. Sunrise Condos is a great property. Clean pool area, refreshing and relaxing. There were a couple little fixes needed in the condo, that didn't effect or stay or vacation, and the condo maintenance team handled it all with speed and ease. We truly loved our vacation in Tamarindo and this property was one of the reasons our stay was fantastic!

From its location on the main street, guests are just a few minutes from virtually every attraction and service offered in Tamarindo, and literally seconds from the Main Beach (across the street) with swimming, surfing, fishing, cruises, estuary tours, and other ocean sports. Leave your villa "barefoot, bathing suit, and board under your arm", and dive into the surf.
Shopping, surf shops, and cafes are just outside the property’s gated entrance, and across the street, a convenient path provides direct beach access.

The villa is a short walk from town, so it’s easy to fit in a yoga class or stop for a glass of wine at a nice bar.
