Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A private separate suite (King size bed) with en-suite full bathroom attached with hot water. Private entrance, outdoor living room equipped with a couch and TV (Netflix, YouTube, AppleTV). Mini kitchenette area with kettle, coffee, tea and drinking water. Room cleaning and change of linen upon request. WiFi & Shared pool. Complement breakfast is provided daily with choices of Indonesian, Western or Mediterranean. Our villa has 4 bedrooms, my husband and I live on the property. If you need additional space, we have a second bedroom available. See other listing here, Villa RR Pool View. The property is 1500 square feet. We have a daily house keeper who cleans all the rooms, gardener to clean the garden and a pool service person to clean and maintain the pool. There is also a night security guard who stays on the property gate overnight. Laundry service is available in-house for an additional charge 8K IDR/Kilo or we can send to local place nearby if you prefer. Complement breakfast is provided daily with choices of Indonesian, Western or Mediterranean.

Die Unterkunft war sicherlich mal sehr schön, mittlerweile eher renovierungsbedürftig. Große Schimmelflecken, der Geruch wurde versucht mit diversen Lufterfrischern zu übertünchen. Tausendfüßler und Ameisen teilten sich das Bad, während das Wohnzimmer offenbar Spinnenterritorium war. Personal spricht kaum englisch, war aber sehr nett. Frühstück war lecker und der Preis war auch sehr gut.
Both Fifin and Amir were Extremely helpful and generous hosts. They were vacationing yet took the time to be permanently in contact to make sure everything was going well and volunteer assistance. Great experience. Highly recommend their place! Their staff, including driver from airport to their place, were all terrific.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Fifin and Amir are great hosts, who make you feel right at home. The place is beautiful, all amenities needed are included. The pool is very clean and inviting. The free breakfast that is included is extremely good. The room is spacious and with good AC. Recommend this place!
Staying at Amir and Fifin’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The property is located just few minutes away from central Senggigi where you can find all touristic attractions, beach & beach clubs, local/western restaurants and more.
Downtown Mataram (central Lombok) is only 15 mins away where all government buildings are located as well as malls and other shops.
Senggigi Harbor is 10 mins away. Where you can take a 2 hour speed boat to Bali.
Bangsal Harbor is 40 minutes away. Speed boats are available as well as the regular public ferry.
Lombok International Airport is 40 minutes away.
We can assist with arranging for transportation from/to the villa as well as can help arrange scooter/car rentals through trusted local vendors.
Our favorite method of commuting here is riding a scooter. You can rent one during your stay or simply order one with a driver through online apps to take you wherever you want.
But there is also the option for cars, renting or ordering one per trip is easily accessible.
