Ebb Tide is a charming fisherman's cottage nestled in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Gorran Haven. With a log burner it retains many original features along with modern improvements, such as super fast broadband. Recently refurbished throughout, it has a new kitchen, new shower-room, and carpets. Grade II listed, Ebb Tide oozes character and rustic charm. Small dogs may be accepted by prior discussion. Quite literally, a stone’s throw from the sea. Ebb Tide is situated over thee floors. Step out of the front door and you have only 50 steps to the beach which, like so many beaches on the south coast, is safe for bathing and has rockpools at low tide. You have immediate access to the South West Coast Path for amazing cliff top walks to the East or West and by night, recover to the sound of waves lapping on the shore.

We LOVED this place- newly done out and so tastefully and thoughtfully done- had everything we needed and all top quality. Really one of those places you think - ‘ I wish I lived here!’ Beds v comfy, very quiet, perfect location 2 mins from the beautiful sandy harbour beach. Amazing!!

The location is fantastic - right by the beautiful beach. Gorran Haven is lovely and a great base for exploring the area. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a really special holiday in Gorran Haven. The draw of Ebb Tide is the location which can’t be beaten - it is really magical to wake up and watch the sunset over the beach, followed by a swim and bacon roll from cake breads. Chris was super communicative and helpful. We look forward to future GH holidays!

Gorran Haven is a truly remarkable part of Cornwall. An unspoilt coastal village with traditional fishermen's cottages, it has two safe, sandy beaches protected by a quay. Found on the Roseland Peninsular (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), it is ideally situated to explore the Southwest Coast Path in both directions, as well as the much loved treasures of Cornwall like the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
Local amenities include chip shop, bar, boutique hotel & restaurant, beach front cafe, kayak and paddle board hire, area of outstanding natural beauty, on the South West coast path, seasonal entertainment.
Parking is available at the local car park. Local bus services run to neighbouring villages of Mevagissey and to the Lost gardens at Heligan. At the time of writing, buses can be caught at the village car park.
