One bedroom, large sunporch/office, spacious living room offered that is within a short distance from downtown and the Monroe corridor. All newly remodeled while keeping some of the 1905 charm of the building. this is the upper level of a home built in the 1900s. recently fully remodeled to bring in modern features. there is an office and sitting space with windows overlooking the large trees of the area. the bedroom is tucked away with blackout curtains for those who want to sleep at any hour. the living room is extra large with additional storage and a pull out couch bed. the kitchen features a built in bench for eating or working. this space has it's own laundry

I feel so sad as I am writing this because Jo’s place was my home for a bit while I was in town for work. It’s such a beautiful cozy space and very clean. so many modern touches to the house and communicating with Jo was so easy and efficient. I really think this place is like home away from home and I had lovely time hosting friends and just staying in and working during snowy days. I can’t thank Jo enough for the kindness and welcoming heart. I will def stay here again if I am back for work or for leisure.
Jo’s place was absolutely wonderful! I was here for a month and loved it. She’s very accommodating and the unit itself is beautiful! Full kitchen with spices & oils, full bathroom with products to use! Couldn’t more highly recommend! Thank you, Jo!
I stayed for an extended amount of time and I was glad I did! Beautiful apartment, lots of space, exactly what I needed and even had a fenced in yard! Host is very responsive and friendly! No issues would definitely stay again!!! 😊

this is a walkable neighborhood with many older Victorian style homes. large trees and parks line the roads. this is close enough to many shops, cafes, and other businesses to avoid any length of commute. hospitals are less than 10 minutes away. you can get to the airport in less than 20 minutes.
walk, bike, drive, scooter, Uber. all good options!
