Alex and Dasha are THE MOST responsive hosts and have a ton of recommendations for you if you're in need of any. The cabin was really great, very nicely and tastefully updated and appointed throughout all the rooms, with all your modern amenities (smart tv, solid wifi), yet it maintained that cozy cabin feel. Deck setup is great - comfy deck furniture up top and also a nice swing down below (which is great if it's raining). Bed was very comfy (we used upstairs) and loved the shower. Kitchen has all you'll need to whip up some home-cooked meals, but if you're too tuckered out for that, Davis and Thomas are only a short drive away (awesome tacos, anybody?). We make the trek out to Canaan quite often and would 100% stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Everything was great. We had everything we needed and got quick response from our host when it was necessary. Loved the area, very peaceful and the cabin was well stocked and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!!

What a great home, I enjoyed every bit of my trip to West Virginia and the house was a big part of it. The house was warm and cozy and had a great view of the mountains. The bedroom was great size with a comfy king bed, the bathroom was huge with a nice shower. Lastly we asked the host where we could buy a screw driver in that area and before we new it mrs. Dasha had purchased one and brought it over for us to save us a trip, we really appreciated that and would absolutely stay in this home again. Thanks again Alex and Dasha
