Awesome house, conveniently located! Michelle was quick to respond and happy to help when we had issues such as the sprinkler going off at random times in the night. They sent someone to sort it! Beautiful home with lovely coffee table books to read! An outdoor TV would’ve made this perfect ;) Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Ft Lauds

The house is completely remodeled and beautiful, everything is very comfortable and very clean, the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the air conditioning at night is super hot really uncomfortable, also the pool heater never worked, otherwise very well! Criticize constructive mode.

This house is gorgeous! Looks just like the pictures. It is spacious, beautifully designed and super clean. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the pool…The pool water was green from the moment we got there. I don’t know much about pools but it seemed to me like the filter pump was not working. Despite my numerous requests to have someone come out and assess the situation, no one showed up. Two days into our vacation, we had to move into a different house so my kids could enjoy a clean pool. So disappointing!

Place was beautiful and Michelle was super responsive and kind. The only reason I gave it four stars was just because I was having difficulty with the heated pool, and in general Airbnb has a cleaning fee that is almost the same price as the stay even if you leave the space spot less. Other than that it was a great space where memories were made! Thank you Michelle for your hospitality and allowing us to use your space!

The owners entered the property on 2 occasions without authorization or notice. The first incident was on the second morning at 5am, someone walked inside and turned the kitchen light on. *I don't think they change the entrance code for guests. The second incident was the owners showing up at the property (without notice or authorization) demanding they see the pool and to discuss why it's dirty. I asked them to leave and they still went in the backyard anyway. The grass in the back and front yards is dead and there is no landscape as shown in the pictures. The garbage cans were all full of trash when I arrived which does not provide a pleasant scent for swimming (trash right next to the pool). The water goes from cold to hot while showering. You can't even fill up the bathtub with hot water because the hot water stops when the bathtub is 1/4 full. The AC is remotely controlled and the hosts had no issue making it warmer when they felt the ac was too low. Scary experience!
