Such a beautiful home and gracious host! Large common area for gatherings with high ceilings and lots of windows. Bright and airy! Kitchen with luxury appliances. Very clean home! 1 block from the beach.

What a fantastic house!! There were 6 guys sharing for a golf weekend in the surrounding area and we were all super impressed with the house, its amenities, finishes and layout. Seth is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We plan to come back and stay next year and would HIGHLY recommend this house as a destination.

I have been coming to Bethany Beach for Spring Break for 4 years We had a nice time. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. Lots of cabinets and drawers. The house was just what we needed to be a family and enjoy each other. Seth was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable, and whatever we asked of him, he did it,no question ask. I would definitely give this house a 10 with added points.

Seth was responsive to all of our needs. Very peaceful location with just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants & shops. A prime location! The house layout was perfect for our family. It was also very clean & comfortable. We all agreed that we would love to stay again!
