Between mountains and near magnificent beaches. We speak English, Spanish, French and Russian. An eighteenth century house, completely renovated inside, with 5 double beds and 3 single beds distributed in 6 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with TV, piano and fireplace. Large dining room with another fireplace and full kitchen. Views of the mountain full of green forests all year round. Near the beaches of Oriñón, Sonabia and Islares. 10 minutes by car from Laredo and Castro Urdiales. Equidistant from the airports of Santander and Bilbao (50 km).

Balabacienta is a old, quiet, rural neighborhood, located in the Guriezo valley. It is 3 km from the urban center of El Puente where there are pharmacies, shops, hotels, restaurants, banks and a health center. The house is surrounded by wonderful mountains and evergreen forests, with walking routes next to the river. Balbacienta is close to the city of Castro Urdiales, a jewel of the Cantabrian coast, and the spectacular beaches of Oriñón, Islares, Sonabia and Laredo.
The beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car. There are also rural bus services with limited schedules. All roads are paved and in good condition, and very popular with cyclists.
