Samantha was easy going and communicated well, and the place is in a great location. great amenities and plenty of space, the pool was lovely.

The dirtiest and most unkept property we have ever stayed in. Stay away!!! Worst of all is I had my family with us (visiting from overseas) and we paid a hefty price for the property. From the unkept garden with rubbish lying in it, to items floating in the pool, to a disgusting and dirty kitchen (dishwasher and oven filthy and not working). Agent got the dishwasher working. We spend a few hours trying to clean the kitchen and decided to rather buy paper plates and new cutlery etc, as the plates/cutlery were so dirty they stuck together. Ants, insects and dirt in the oven, griller and microwave. Dirty sheets on the beds, no top sheet, bbq was filthy, not cleaned in years. Air conditioner not working, TV's did not work. Agent got one working TV delivered. Washing machine was filled with stinking bedding, leaks all over the floor. Bags of garbage left in the garage, filled with rotting food and bread etc. It was very clear that no checks have been done on this property before we arrived.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a vacation rental house for six nights which I paid a staggering $7000 to say that I was disappointed would be understatement. From the moment I arrived it evident that the property was undergoing renovation. But that’s not all the cleanliness left much to desired there was rubbish everywhere and I found an abundance of hairs and other debris on the carpets bathrooms on top of that vacuum washing machine both were out of order. Furthermore the lack of supplies not enough towels and toilet papers provided. The swimming pool was major disappointment it was filled with dirt and rubbish water filter wasn’t functioning properly. Adding to my disgust I even discovered drops of blood on the bed this level of cleanliness downright disgusting. I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am at this rental property this house is no way worth the exorbitant price tag attached to it.

Place was lovely and everyone enjoyed staying there. Perfect place for us to close off the soccer season. Samantha was a lovely host and was very easy to contact and talk too. The location was great and it made it very easy to pop out and get anything that we may of needed. We all loved our stay at the house and would recommend it to anyone.
