Convenient location, and fairly comfortable. Nice bath, and good parking and we enjoyed the interesting views of all directions in this attic apartment. Were glad that many lovely Victorian features had been retained, but rather strangely 'fused' with bland corporate Airbnb style. Grey and black decor, and not much kitchen equipment meant felt functional rather than homely, but it met our needs. The second bed was a single, not Queen-sized, and worth noting that there are two flights of stairs, one very steep, and steps in an out of the rooms, so might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. 10-15 minute walk into Chester city centre through a subway under the roundabout.

First the good stuff. The place was clean and comfortable. In fact nearly brand new. Equipped kitchen but no way to make proper coffee. Salt and Pepper cellars but no salt or pepper. My main grumble is the corporate algorithm that will add further terms and conditions after you book. You must upload a picture of your passport to a US firm or the algorithm won't release the check-in details. You must also agree and sign to extensive terms conditions and extra charges for a list of petty infringements. The fact that both Air BnB and Noki will be taking a wedge from the owner no doubt results the high price. Though the place was ok, the onerous algorithm driven procedure fashioned by Noki certainly means I would not book with them again. PS In addition to being on the second floor there are multiple sets of steps within the flat.

it was very easy to get to the city centre from this flat, but note that it is in a student area. It was incredibly clean, we couldn't find a spec of dirt anywhere! It would have been great to know in advance that one of the two stated queen bedrooms is actually a sofa bed in the living room but it didn't impact us too much. It was fine for what we needed for the weekend and if you need a place near the centre then it's a good place to consider

Lovely and clean, well decorated, only trouble with find the car park as the entrance is hidden, but once you know where it is, no problems at all
