Drummoyne is surrounded by water on 3 sides, has multiple family friendly parks and playgrounds, is home to the famous Bay Run and Birkenhead Point, and is also only minutes from the city by either bus or ferry/rivercat.
The central location of the property offers you convenient connection to the city with bus stop just next to the building. Harris Farm is our local fresh market where you can get your veggies, meat and fish just across the road but you also will have the option to walk a few minutes more and find our local shopping centre with Coles and Aldi to get you groceries.
About parking area, we do not recommend to park in front of the building even that in certain time you are allow. However there are some unmark parking spots next to the building under ground.
Local and friendly coffeeshops all directions and beautiful bay views.
