Mich and Dwen were extremely responsive and were excellent hosts. They have maintained the property well and were always accommodating to requests. The building was secure and I never worried about security because there are guards posted at the front and back of the building 24 hours a day. They were quick to change the door knob when I reported that it was malfunctioning. I never had to wait more than a minute to hear back from them when I had questions. The house is equipped with all the things they probably don't even have to provide guests and yet they have done so to make sure your stay is as easy, breezy as possible. I will definitely stay here again when I come back and I think I will make Mich and Dwen's property my go-to accommodation for my future Pampanga visits! Thanks for hosting us, Mich and Dwen!

The place was really cozy and spotless, and had the ambience of a hotel room. The toiletries and kitchenware were complete and organized. The hosts, Mich and Dwen, were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We were the first guests to stay in their newly-opened unit, Unit 201 — which is why I’m assuming there’s no hot shower yet. Overall, our stay at Boni’s Place had been really nice and comfy. :)

If only I can rate this place a 10, I would definitely do it!! I fell in love with the place. The place is cozy, and sophisticated. I was so amazed that it has EVERYTHING you need, and even the things you thought you won’t need. I hope other guests will respect the house. I enjoyed Alexa, too. Hehe. The place smells soooo good even after 24 hrs of staying, and it was soooo clean. Will def book this again.

Very well put together place. Super responsive host. This is a up a and coming area outside with a new road and train scheduled to be built. Don't let the area scare you however as once you travel the area a few times it's actually easy and fairly safe. Trikes and Grab are $2 to $3 to resturants and bars. Security is so very helpful with every request and I'm a retired cop so I was at first critical but quickly became comfortable. Once the road gets paved this place will be 100% perfect but even now it's hard to beat for the service and price. Highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here at Pampanga. It is superb! This listing is highly recommended. It feels like home and everything you need is already there. The place is super clean, has smart features and really really nice. I super like how the house interior was designed same as the photos posted. Hope to be back soon. ❤️
