We are waiting for you in our bright apartment, simple but with attention to every detail. Located just 5 minutes from Vittorio Veneto, the accommodation is convenient for reaching all the necessary services, but at the same time serves as the perfect base for exploring the many magnificent nature trails that characterize our hills. Our space has 3+2 additional beds, Wi-Fi and a private garden and is equipped with every comfort to guarantee you an optimal stay in this wonderful area. Crossing the threshold, the welcoming atmosphere of the apartment envelops you. To the left, an equipped kitchen and the breakfast nook offer space for delicious convivial moments. To the right, a lounge with a sofa bed invites you to relax. Proceeding, the colorful minimal-style bathroom adds liveliness to the environment. On the sides, the double bedroom and the single room exude charm thanks to the refined furnishings. From the master bedroom, access to the private garden offers summer evenings of pure refreshment. A refuge that combines functionality and aesthetics in perfect harmony.

Nice two bedroom unit near the small village I was looking to visit. Slight delay in check in due to the door of the hotel/restaurant being locked where I was instructed to pick up keys. Reached out to host and then somebody brought me the keys and walked me to the unit about two blocks away. Main bedroom has nice soft mattress, the second twin bed is very firm. Air con worked but only cooled down living area, not bedrooms. Nice large bathroom clean shower, with clothes washer, and drying rack. Apt size fridge was fine for a couple of people. Couldn’t find dish soap to properly wash the cups we used. Will make some suggestions privately to host but overall was able to get a Good nights rest.
Really enjoyed our stay. Easy location. Highly recommend going to the bar and restaurant of the Albergo Fratte. Great food and very entertaining. Highly recommend Ferri's place.

The means that we most recommend to be able to visit our land is to use your own vehicle, be it a car, motorbike or bicycle. There are various itineraries that are particularly interesting for those traveling on two wheels.
The Vittorio Veneto Sud motorway exit is only 6 km from the apartment.
In any case, thanks to the public transport network, it is still possible to reach us by bus (Bus stop 2 minutes from the accommodation) or by train (Vittorio Veneto train station 5.5 km away)
Parking: Each apartment has a very spacious garage where you can park your vehicles indoors.

Sono una persona semplice e solare, fin da piccolo sono cresciuto in mezzo alla natura ed ho sempre lavorato nell'albergo di famiglia che gestisco ora in prima persona assieme a mia moglie.
