The property is very near to patliputra station, and as suggested it is very spacious for small functions haldi mehendi tilak. Ground floor has quite a spacious that can be used for catering. There are 4 rooms that can be used for mass gathering with beddings and kitchen at the back. On the 1st floor there are 2 flats fully furnished one is 3 Bhk and another is 2Bhk Booked the same for my wedding ceremony haldi and tilak and all went smoothly. The only con i found was the single lane road Else everything was perfect. The minor repercussions that were faced were due to communication gap between the caterers and tent providers.
