Beautifully updated waterfront home, with a sandy beach. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in the desirable Shawnee Shoals arm of Coldwater Lake with plenty of activities to keep you busy. Experience excellent fishing, swimming, skiing, wake boarding, tubing or relaxing on the sandbars. Kayaks and paddle boards are included with your stay during the warmer seasons. During the winter months, bring your own equipment for excellent ice fishing and snowmobiling. This smart home is equipped with WIFI, a smart lock, ring doorbell with camera facing the street and a camera facing the lake for security. An Echo Show is also onsite with a hospitality interface for all your concierge needs. This device is provided strictly for your convenience and the camera by default is deactivated. If you prefer, you can unplug this device during your stay. We just ask that you plug it back in upon checking out and complete the checkout procedure. The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a king bed and 42” Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has two bunks (a twin over full and a twin over twin). The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room with AirDream mattresses. The home is also equipped with a pack-n-play crib. Enjoy the 70” smart TV in the Living area and if you are in need of a workcation, WIFI ranges between 300Mbps and 500Mbps download speeds for attending virtual meetings and for the whole family to stream their favorite shows or games. A Cannon Printer/Scanner is also onsite. For family meals and game nights, the four-season room overlooking the water has a dining table that seats 10 and another small dining table that seats 4 with a cabinet full of board games. The house can sleep 9 in the bedrooms and a maximum of 13 people if utilizing sofa sleepers at an additional charge. The driveway can accommodate four to six vehicles. We have beach towels, blow dryers, extra linens, a cooler, a fully equipped kitchen including, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, a 12 cup coffee maker with coffee and filters, blender, mixer, kitchen utensils and more! Beautiful place and surroundings. We loved kayaking and seeing the beautiful fall colors around the lake. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for swimming and paddleboarding off the beach. The house is well appointed with very stylish furnishings. It was also extremely clean and cozy. We loved the view and relaxing on the covered patio. Serenity Now was well stocked with every amenity imaginable. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you, Margie.
Can’t say enough great things about our experience! From the initial booking all the way through check out, Margie took the time to make everything work for us! Amazing customer service! And the house itself is just so beautiful! It was just the two of us this time, but there’s so much space for so many guests, we will be bringing back friends and family next time!

Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on the South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. The chain is 17 miles. One side of our private dock is available for your own boat or rent from one of the local marinas (Cold Water Marina or Lake Drive Marine). Shawnee Shoals is a no-wake inlet on the Southern tip of Coldwater Lake.
Relish the sunsets from under the covered patio and make a s’more in the beachside firepit. Take your car or boat to Bent Prop Pub and enjoy entertainment, delicious meals and cocktails. We are close to Iyopawa Golf Course and a 10 minute drive to Bella Vista Golf Club. Visit the Capri Drive in Movie Theater in Coldwater, Tibbits Historical Opera House, Bowling, Go Karts, Cinemas, Wineries and more. Take in a music or theatrical performance at the T. Furth Center of Performing Arts in Angola, IN, just 15 minutes away. Shopping outlet less than 10 minutes away. Hike through the woods at Pokagon State Park and in the winter master the cross-country ski trails or zoom down the exhilarating quarter mile toboggan run.
Shawnee Shoals is smack dap in between two beautiful, historic towns. Coldwater in Branch County Michigan and Angola in Steuben County Indiana. While you can spend your entire stay just enjoying our place on the lake, there is much to see and do in these nearby historic locations.
At the moment our small Shawnie Shoals subdivision does not offer any type of public transportation. We have had a sporadic Uber driver here and there but having your own vehicle is highly recommended.
Our driveway can accommodate up to six vehicles.

Hi, we are Arnie & Margie from Alsip, IL (Southwest Suburb of Chicago). Margie is a retired Software Developer and Arnie has been in business for over 45 years repairing welding equipment. We both tend to be workaholics, so vacations are very necessary for us. Arnie enjoys his weekly golf league and Margie attempts a round on the lynx on occasion. If one of our favorite songs is playing, we may break out in a dance no matter where we are.
