The beautiful Town & Country Farmhouse rests amidst sixteen acres of lush farmland and orchards. It is QUIET, secluded, and the perfect place to relax. We have endeavored to make each room of this 2,244 square foot home comfortable and accommodating for families of all sizes. Its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, dining room, and large eat-in kitchen can accommodate up to 9 guests (fee of $15 per guest above 2). Blazing fast internet and smart TVs are in every living and bedroom. We have several great outdoor spaces. There is covered parking for two vehicles and a circle drive for any others. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, side tables with lamp and alarm clock (with USB port), seating area, dresser, black-out curtains, window blinds, smart television, and walk-in closet with hangers and luggage rack. The on-suite bath has a stone vanity and walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are generously (and equally) sized to accommodate a queen-sized bed, side tables with lamp and alarm clock (with USB port), dresser, black-out curtains, window blinds, smart television, and large closet with hangers and luggage rack. All of our beds are comfortable, clean, and have 100% cotton sheets. Each bed has memory foam toppers, mattress pads, and water-proof mattress and pillow encasements. We want you to be as comfortable here as you are in your own home. There are also a variety of pillows to choose from. The hall guest bathroom features a stone vanity and a tub/shower combination. There are two separate living areas. We have dedicated one area for the young (or young at heart) that includes twin bunk beds and a twin hide-a-bed in the ottoman (with a memory foam mattress). A total of three individuals could bunk in this area. It has a smart television and DVD player, along with books, movies, and games. The other living area has a couch, loveseat, three chairs, smart television, and DVD player. This room has vaulted ceilings and laminate wood floors throughout. Enjoy the spacious eat-in kitchen (seats 8) with breakfast table, counter/bar with stools, and updated appliances throughout. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, small appliances (such as a toaster, blender, mixer, etc.), and spices. If you are a coffee or tea drinker, we have got you covered. Featuring NM coffee and tea, you will thoroughly enjoy your hot beverages prepared at our coffee bar. The dining room table will seat six. We are hosts at heart, and native New Mexicans, so you will find local products and art in nearly every room of the house.
