A classic New England colonial home welcomes you. Recent refurbishments provide a comfortable living space for 1-2 people on the first floor. Located downtown. Walking distance to activities and services including a French Restaurant, adjacent coffee shop, and gourmet market. Golfing, hiking, hang gliding, and skiing are within easy reach. We offer one bedroom with queen bed and AC unit, bathroom with stall shower, den, living room with workspace and use of a full kitchen. Host spends minimal time at the property but may be there occasionally.

This Walpole AirBnb was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful. Inside it was clean, neat, spacious and quiet at night. Ellen was very helpful before we even arrived. She showed us the rental and explained everything upon arrival but it is labeled and clearly explained anyway. It made for a greatly appreciated stay. Thank you, Ellen!
Honestly I chose this spot for it's location to a class I participated in, a short 5 minute drive. I'm so glad I booked with Ellen, everything was very clean & comfortable. It was never necessary to ask questions because everything was labeled with easy to understand instructions. A great night sleep, very quiet area, loved it. Thanks again.
Ellen and Mike are nice helpful hosts that provided a welcoming stay for a good price. I appreciate how informative and responsive they were. Very private accommodations. The home was ours for the night. It’s a 10 minute drive to Bellows Falls VT- A charming town to check out.
Quiet, beautiful place to stay! Ellen was extremely responsive to inquiries, and was willing to let us check in late on a long travel day. The home was wonderful and there were very descriptive instructions for every single thing in the house! She left a full pitcher of filtered water, delicious snacks, and various coffees/teas. The shower didn’t have much space, but the water pressure and temp was amazing. Everything was very clean, and it has a very classic New Hampshire charm to it and I would stay here again!

Easy walk to Walpole's small downtown which has 2 restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop, small grocery store, florist with gift shop, local artisans' store, and post office. 5-minute drive to drugstore, chain grocery store, liquor store, Ocean State Job Lots. A little further north there are other restaurants including the Walpole Creamery and a seasonal vegetable stand.
